After reading this book it reveals to me that, that is not the fact. I like learning about obscure facts that no one pays attention to. We are all under the influence of our bodies. Most lay people will gloss dispenzq it because it is too difficult and those with anatomy background will find it boring and skip it. It’s well grounded in science but reminded me a lot of what the Bible seems to say dispenzaa how personal transformation works through God’s spirit in believers.

It has a too technical start that although it reinforces the scientific idea of what it transmits, at times, it made the reading slow. If you want the practices and don’t mind skipping the evolbe then read his third book. I mean he gets into every single section of the brain and what chemicals go hoe and how the neurons fire off in different directions, it just got to be too much for my non-brain surgeon mind.

Joe is a beast as usual This book is science heavy with minimal practices. But you can change your mind and rewire your neural nets jor think new things. Firstly I came the author on You Tube – I then went on holiday and then after shopping one day thoughts I really need a good book, then next thing I was walking past a book shop and the very 1st book I saw Mind Power of the 21st Century and it says in there “nothing happens by coincidence”.
